I printed out a coupon from my "personalized portal" and was told when I rang it out that I couldn't use the coupon because my F150 took too many quarts of oil. Don't be sending the coupon if you are not going to honor the coupons. Embarasing and Frustrating.....Someone should evaluate their IS & T program totally... More
