Uff Da! We were reluctant to try a Ford dealership again after the last visit here but hoped for the best. The last time we were here with our own car for an We were reluctant to try a Ford dealership again after the last visit here but hoped for the best. The last time we were here with our own car for an oil change and had to have them top off the fluids (antifreeze, power steering fluid and wind shield wash) in the parking lot before leaving. This wasn't the first time we noticed they didn't top the fluids. The car for this review is my in-laws car. First, the in-laws car is a very nice car with only 50K miles that needed the rear wheel bearings replaced. Maybe disappearing fluids and worn wheel bearings are normal for a Ford, but it isn't normal for a Chevy or Toyota. Especially the Toyota. I tried to ask if this was normal but the service desk people already left for the weekend (6:00 PM). Secondly, there are two brand new gouges on the car. Nice! I'm pretty sure they will deny any wrong doing when the service desk people finally return the message. Third, there was an adorable older couple who drove 1 1/2 hours because this was the closest dealership with a lift for their Super Duty. They had already been there for over three hours. They added an oil change since they were already there to replace the valve stems. Apparently, the tire pressure readings on the dash board from these fancy tire valve stems were all over the place. The dealership gave their fancy valve stems to another customer before their appointment and didn't bother telling them. They also didn't tell them that they didn't have a lift available to change their oil. Really!?! They've been waiting for over three hours for an oil change and you can't just go old school and crawl underneath a TALL truck so they can get on the road for their 1 1/2 hour drive home where their medications and dog were waiting? Now that's service! (Said with sarcasm.) More

Got it done before needed. Got the truck all taken care of 1 day sooner than expected. It is my only tow vehicle.
