Salesman went above and beyond! Dave at the service center said he would call me back the next day about the possibility of getting a loaner while my car was being fixed and then nev Dave at the service center said he would call me back the next day about the possibility of getting a loaner while my car was being fixed and then never called me back. When I called them back they said they did not have a loaner. The salesman I bought my car from, Dee, went above and beyond; He was able to find me a loaner car while my car was being fixed and I got my car back the next day! More

Above and Beyond. Expected the needed replacement part would be covered under warranty. However, since we did not have the part (part of door handle fell off and was l Expected the needed replacement part would be covered under warranty. However, since we did not have the part (part of door handle fell off and was lost) Ford would not cover it. Brent checked with dealership and they took care of the expense. I didn't think this was right as Ford should have handled it but am very appreciative of North Country for covering it. We purchased our vehicle at North Country, have had it serviced and repaired there. We will continue to use North Country Ford!! More
