Oil Change + The oil change was great because it was my free one! But, I was in in November -- bought new tires -- and was told I qualified for a $70 rebate -- th The oil change was great because it was my free one! But, I was in in November -- bought new tires -- and was told I qualified for a $70 rebate -- that would be mailed to me in 6-8 weeks. When I hadn't received it, I called to inquire about an eta for it. The person said he would have one reissued and I should receive it soon. Chris Schulze helped me with the oil change visit, and when she asked if there was anything else she could do, I mentioned the rebate check. She said she would check into it while my car was being worked on. Chris kept me updated with whatever she found -- and I really appreciated that. It was also the first time I had gotten a text from anyone about who to communicate with about my vehicle while it was being serviced. She got to the bottom of it and I am finally getting my check! Thanks Chris! More

Very coperative I took my car in for a recall and took two days to get it back. I forgot to fill the rental up with gas but because it took so long to get my car bac I took my car in for a recall and took two days to get it back.
