Disappointing We purchased a brand new pick up in 2016; which was a very good experience. Since the we have been using your service department. We have had three ex We purchased a brand new pick up in 2016; which was a very good experience. Since the we have been using your service department. We have had three extremely disappointing experiences. The last time , we had a 9:15 a.m.appt.to get a latch replaced on a door. When I arrived I asked if they could also do an oil change, shortly after that I saw my truck on the hoist. At about 1:30p.m. I no longer saw my truck in the service bay. Several times I walked up to the service counter inquiring as to the whereabouts of my vehicle, as it was no longer visible in the service bay. The people at the counter could not give me an answer. So finally at 5:00 p.m. the service person came out and said he didn’t know I was going to wait for my vehicle, however when I checked in I told him I was waiting. He also told me that when they replaced the latch they allow the vehicle to warm up. Keep in mind that our vehicle was not visible for at least three hours in the service bay. After spending 8 hours waiting,,,, I went on the internet to see how long it would take to replace the latch on a dorm of an F 150 pickup, I watched the video and took approximately 30 minutes to do one door. When I walked up to the service counter, I also noticed a truck that looked like mine sitting out in the parking lot, adjacent to the service doors and noticed someone sitting inside and another gentleman standing outside the vehicle. This was at approximately 2:00p.m. And unfortunately I did not go over and verify if this was my truck. If this was my truck and it needed to be warmed up, why did they not have it in the service bay? This is the 3rd extremely disappointing experience I have had with your service department. I will not be returning to have any of my vehicles serviced at your facility. The previous time I had a bad experience I talked to a manager. Feel free to contact me if you want mor information. More
Great service from all The scheduled Oil change/tire rotation, while I waited, turned out to be much more than expected. On the way to appointment, the accelerator started The scheduled Oil change/tire rotation, while I waited, turned out to be much more than expected. On the way to appointment, the accelerator started to act funny with the Engine & Wrench lights coming on. When checking in, the helper redirected me from the oil change desk to service desk after hearing about the trouble lights. Jack Hackman quickly diagnosed the problem being with the throttle body actuator and while checking the system noted that my Escape also had a gas pump recall flagged for it. Jack indicated that all parts were in house and though they had a full schedule he would do his best to minimize my wait. With the coffee, desk & WiFi link I was able to keep busy on some work while being kept up on the status of the repairs by Jack and others. I think that I was back on my home in under 3 hours instead of the possible projected over 4 hours. My thanks to all! More
Got me in for service same day. 15,000 mile maintenance, got me in right away. Great friendly service. Who knows how long it was there? Also, I pointed out that on previous visits I was credited $5.00 because I bought my tires there. Quick Lane personnel (3) WERE NOT WORKING TOGETHER. More
