Nice enough folks, but fix the problem! I've got a Ford Fusion hybrid that I'm scheduled to have serviced for the third time in just a couple weeks for the same problem. I keep getting a "b I've got a Ford Fusion hybrid that I'm scheduled to have serviced for the third time in just a couple weeks for the same problem. I keep getting a "blind spot fault" once I leave the lot. I've left the vehicle with them - and am glad that this time, they offered me a car to use because I've left my car overnight there twice because my schedule wouldn't allow me to come back the same day - and it is very inconvenient to be without a car. Hoping that the next attempt to resolve the problem will be the last try! More

This time I got a "rental" because it was 75,000 mile service and they needed the car for longer. The rental fee was to put gas in it before I brought it back. They even submitted the Ford rebate for getting a "Works" package on my behalf! More

Additionally we have bought 4 vehicles over the past 9 years for our selves and Jack did a great job again as did the technicians and the cashier!!!. Service duration I've always been satisfied with the service I've received for the last 12 or so years, but I still haven't had my vehicle ready when promised. From oil changes to tire replacement, the promised time has always been 20 minutes later up to an hour. If Rapid Oil Change can do an oil change in less than 30 minutes and Tires Plus can replace 4 tires in less than an hour, why does it take North Country Ford 2 hours and 20 minutes to do both? It would be nice, just one time, for me to hear my name called by the service advisor BEFORE the vehicle was promised. More
