Recall Work I was in to get recall work done and had a great experience. There were work stations so I could get work done- and the coffee machine ground the cof I was in to get recall work done and had a great experience. There were work stations so I could get work done- and the coffee machine ground the coffee fresh by the cup! I did not use it this time, but there is a nice room for kids to play and watch kid shows- I may be back for routine maintenance for that reason. Thanks North Country- Jesse More

I felt like I wasted my time I set the appointment, describing the issue two weeks prior. When I arrived, they told me, I should set up an appointment on the week day for a "serv I set the appointment, describing the issue two weeks prior. And suggested I set an "service appointment" I spent over two hours there for them to do nothing or suggest nothing. With previous cars, I would go to random car shops and get no satisfaction, thinking going to Ford directly I would get better results knowing I would have to pay higher price but thinking my car is in better hands. I would think someone reading the emails, should of called me or emailed me and suggested that I would need to arrange for an different appointment. More
