LIES LIES LIES! !!! So we make deal on the truck and the sales guy Mike was really nice on the phone and he sends me some videos of the truck and walks around it insi !!! He goes on in the video telling me what options was on the truck and the cameras and he said the truck had the 5th wheel prep package and this was a big issue for me buying a f250 diesel because I have a big trailer I need to pull all the time. My truck had finally bit the dust. So we move along and I see a $1000 add on to the price so I say what’s this for and he says we added HUSKY LINER TYPE MATS TO THE TRUCK BUT THEY MADE BY FORD , has paint protection ceramic coating and nitrogen filled tires. I said I DONT WANT THAT BECAUSE I CAN DO ALL THAT WAY CHEAPER AND HIS WORDS WERE ITS ALREADY INSTALLED CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT SO I AGREED TOBTHE CHARGE. So when I get there to pick up the truck the mats wasn’t in the truck and I ask where they are and he said I go get them we don’t leave in truck until delivery which is fine. So he comes out and goes to put them in truck and they say F150 on them and I have a f250 so I say wrong mats and he said that’s all they had. I say you told me I had to take package cause. It was already installed and now you don’t have them. So finally after arguing and get that straight I’m looking at my NEW TRUCK and it’s raining out and I look at my shifter and the chrome piece is missing off the end so I say something to him and he says we will order you one. I asked that he take one off truck in lot and put on my truck and replace it on there when part comes in. I spend 70 k on a truck I want it to be together before I leave with it as would anyone else buying and spending that kind of money. So they WOULDNT DO THAT NOW IM PISSED OFF. I’ll crank truck up and the truck has right at 1400 Miles on the truck and I bought a NEW truck and they had no excuse but they lied to me the whole time during this deal and I had to have a truck so I say won’t get my business again and leave. I get home and get ready to hook up my gooseneck trailer and there is NO 5th WHEEL PREP PACKAGE OR BALL ETC. NOW IM FURIOUS!!! I call and speak to manager about this and he said I should’ve looked before I left and hung up on me. I have called FORD AND FILED 4 COMPLAINTS AND NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. AND COME TO FIND OUT THEY HAD SOLD THIS TRUCK TO SOMEONE BEFORE ME AND THEY BROUGHT IT BACK AND FORD TOLD ME THAT BECAUSE WARRANTY WAS REGISTERED 3 MONTHS BEFORE I PURCHASED THE TRUCK !!!!! PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE SO YOU WONT GET LIED TO AND SOLD SOMETHING AND USED TRUCK CLAIMING TO BE NEW. I HAVE PROOF AND VIDEOS VERIFYING MY COMPLAINT AND CASE. More
