They told me my car was finished and ready for pick up. After waiting for a while because there was another customer, I finally was ready to get my car and return the loaner. The new manager had drove my c After waiting for a while because there was another customer, I finally was ready to get my car and return the loaner. The new manager had drove my car to the side and left it running for me to cool off, which was nice. When I went to get in my car, there were 2 boxes of parts laying in the front floorboard. I took one back to the boy that checked me out and he got the mechanic. Mechanic said the car wasn't ready, they were waiting on the adhesive to put the hatch things on with. I was upset that he had told me that the car was ready when it wasn't. He told me to come back when they got it. I told him I work in Tuscaloosa and am not up this way often during working hours. Then he took the parts out of my car and told me I could take it to tuscaloosa Ford and they can order new parts. More

We made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. 2 1/2 hours later, my wife asked what’s taking so long and they came back and said it was done letting her sit there. I guess she should’ve rotation. 2 1/2 hours later, my wife asked what’s taking so long and they came back and said it was done letting her sit there. I guess she should’ve bugged them a half hour ago to see if it was done. Not sure that was our job to do. Also, now that they rotated the tires, there’s some vibration in it. Now we have to go somewhere else cause I wouldn’t trust them to clean the windshield. The service is absolutely ridiculous. Why do you make an appointment when you take 2 1/2 hours to do a simple operation? More
