Rodney A. is the person who helped me at the service center and ensure my vehicle was checked thoroughly. He asked all the questioned needed to diagnose the issue. He made sure the mechanic test drive and inspected the vehicle from top to bottom. Rodney was able to detect the issue and went through all the proper channels from checking my warranty to listing the prices and plenty of options which made my decision easy and comfortable. He even took extra steps to form a plan on maintenance so I can tackle them each time I go I'm for a oil change. I recommend everyone to Rodney, extremely great guy, knowledgable and great work ethics! More
