I have to say, first of all, as soon as I walked in, I felt a warmth I had never felt in a car dealership. We were welcomed with what I saw as sincere friendliness. My brother recommended we speak to Mike. After our intoduction, Mike informed us he was still working with another client, but sat us in the break room to wait. He was very professional. After a brief moment, Mike informed us they were having system issues and asked if it would be okay if someone else could help us look at vehicles as he was still with the other client. He introduced us to Freddy. Freddy was equally as professional, kind and attentive. We reviewed the cars I saved as favorites on your great website. Freddy pulled up the vehicles and had them lined up outside for me to see and test drive. He did everything in a timely manner. Freddy informed me he was there for 5 months. I would not have known that because he was very knowledgeable. He's a keeper! I really appreciate how I wasn't made to feel like there were vultures circling prey when I walked in. It was nice to see that Mike was willing to give Freddy a potential sale. That says a lot about how this place is run. I see how happy your employees are. Although I didn't buy anything this day, I would highly recommend this dealership. Thank you very much Freddy and Mike, too! More
