I did a lot of research prior to my purchase and the car I chose was a great value and although I hoped for more, what I got for a trade -in was fair as well. My only complaint would be the wait time for the paperwork. However, I was also pleasantly surprised with the no pressure pitch from the finance department on the extended warranty. Gave me enough information to make an educated decision. More

Freddie also has experience on the service side of things so we were able to talk about certain mechanical aspects of the vehicle that most salesmen can’t.
