My husband and I had done extensive research on the perfect vehicle for our growing family and North End had exactly the vehicle we were looking for. 2011 Honda Pilot with only 34K miles and selling for an extremely competitive price. The best price we found within at least 25 miles. Phil and the rest of the sales team were extremely fair in the negotiations and trade in value and we ended up getting a monthly payment lower than what we had initially agreed to WITH the added Gap insurance (which I HIGHLY recommend to anyone purchasing a newer vehicle). We purchased the vehicle on Monday and were able to pick it up the very next day WITH some added extras. There was one very minor sound that the tire was making on the test drive because it had a slight flat spot, which Phil had made a point to tell us that we should express any concerns we have on the test drive so they can be addressed immediately, and it was fixed the next day above and beyond what we asked for. I can't thank Phil and the North End Motors team enough, this has been BY FAR the least stressful and most pleasant new car buying experience I have ever had. Now I find any excuse to take a ride in the new car just because I love it SO much. More

We entered North End Motors @ 9am on with the old vehicle and left by 3pm the same day with our new car. Ryan worked really hard to help us find another vehicle that suit our taste; we did.
