As a first time car buyer, I was a little hesitant to go to a dealer as I've heard too many horror stories. Enter Christopher... As soon as I met him, I knew that he was going to make the process a pleasant one. He went above and beyond and answered every question with knowledge and honesty. There was no corny sales pitch, and even a month later he still checks in to see if I love my new car! Not only was he up front about pricing his customer service was absolutely exceptional. He had all the paper work between financing and registration taken care of in a very short and painless amount of time. What also impressed me about Ryan was how he worked with his colleagues. Whether it was Sauida on the finance team or Jim out in service, Ryan took the time to go over, face to face, and make sure everything was on track towards completion. Take it from somebody who has gone to the big box dealerships down on the auto mile, they do not care about you. Ryan and the team at Northend Motors 100% do and it shows from the moment you walk in. That was not what I experienced at North End Motors. The sales man Corey was knowledgeable on the vehicle I was interested in Maxima. Never was pushy and he was the reason this was a pleasant experience. The Manager probably had alot to do with his deamor, because he was also awsome. Highly recommended More

Corey Gray was our sales associate and he was extremely personable, helpful, professional and made the whole car buying process as easy and stress free as possible. Since buying the car, Corey even went out of his way to follow up with us and make sure we were happy with our vehicle and offer his assistance on anything else we might need in the future. Kudos to the management team for hiring such a caring and genuine individual like Corey!! During the buying process, one of the manager's also made a point to stop by multiple times to ask us if we needed any water or coffee and you could tell that they sincerely care about their customers and we never felt that pressure to buy, like you do at many other dealerships. We have since gone back to North End Motors to get our car inspected and serviced, and their service department is well organized and it’s obvious they know what they are doing and offer a fair price for any work they perform. I would definitely recommend North End Motors to anyone who is looking to purchase a high quality used vehicle, at an excellent price, and have a truly enjoyable and relaxing experience the whole time!!
