I visited 3 other car dealerships looking for a used car with low miles and every bell and whistle possible , and at the best price. I had been looking for quite some time both online and by visiting dealerships. I wanted a small SUV with good gas mileage and AWD to make it through the New England winters. I was very particular about what I was looking for and selected the cars online prior to going to the dealership. I had one exhausting experience at another dealership and 3 positive experiences. North End Motors was very positive. Corey Gray was my sales rep and I found him very accommodating. He listened to all my needs and provided helpful information. I enjoyed my experience with him. I told him the cars I wanted to see (I was interested in the Rogue, a Ford Escape and a Cooper Countryman). After a short wait, I test drove the Rogue and the Escape. Both were clean and in great condition in spite of terrible weather we were having. The Cooper had too may miles for my liking. The price of the Rogue was too good to pass up and it offered more features that the others. It was the best price around so I put a deposit on it right away and picked it up a few days later. I recommend the dealership and ask for Corey. I felt no pressure and would buy again! Hope this helps! Susan More

TERRIBLE - NEVER AGAIN! TERRIBLE!!!!!! ZERO STARS! I found a car that I liked online, emailed to confirm that they still had the car for sale, got a quick response that Y TERRIBLE!!!!!! ZERO STARS! I found a car that I liked online, emailed to confirm that they still had the car for sale, got a quick response that YES they still had the car. This was at 9am, made an appt for 12pm the same day to see the car. So we drove the 45 minutes to the "dealership" to see the car. Upon entering the dealership we asked for whom we were told to ask for, he passed us onto someone else - this person had no idea that we had an appt, were here to see a specific car, and definitely didn't have the car ready to be seen as requested. Once the salesman located me in their computer, and found the car that we were looking for; we were told that the car was SOLD!!!!!!!!!! And not just this morning, seems as though it was sold days ago. The worst part was that it seemed that none of the employees were even surprised that this was happening - or that we were furious. We complained to the manager on the way out, and he did apologize, and offer to look for a different car for us, BUT this seemed like such ordinary practice we left. TERRIBLE - will never go back, will tell everyone that we know! STAY AWAY from North End Motors - they wasted over 2hrs of our time, a 45 min drive with a toddler. Shame on them!!! More

Great Experience with North End Motors I am very happy with the experience I had at a North End Motors (Brockton branch). I wasn't sure what I wanted at first, but Parod and Mario were more I am very happy with the experience I had at a North End Motors (Brockton branch). I was concerned about financing due to my credit and lack of co-signer, but Mario went above and beyond to not only get the car I wanted financed, but at the price I wanted. I was not sure what to expect when we entered North End Motors. Any concerns/hesitations were quickly allayed upon meeting our sales rep, Corey Gray. My girlfriend and I had decided upon a certain car model, though I initially had no intention of purchasing the vehicle on this first visit. Corey was knowledgeable of the pricing aspect of the vehicle when compared to other dealerships and the additional perks that we could choose from, and also patient while answering all of our questions as potential first-time buyers. We both test drove the vehicle and were pleasantly satisfied. Corey provided several financing options and we could not pass on the price quoted. We were reassured throughout the process of the quality and service that North End Motors would provide thru the lifetime of our ownership of the vehicle. Ultimately, we are happy to have come to North End Motors and greeted by Corey and his warm persona.
