I bought a used 2013 Toyota Camry at North End Motors several years ago and have been having it serviced there ever since. In December 2021, I had the car aligned, and the difference in driving was noti several years ago and have been having it serviced there ever since. In December 2021, I had the car aligned, and the difference in driving was noticeable right away. Tony Fierimonte was my service advisor, and he recommended having the rear brakes and rotors replaced. I asked Tony if I could make an appointment for the brake work, and he found me a convenient time about one week later. He then offered to pre-order the parts so that I would not have to wait as long for the completion of the work. I arrived at the dealership at the appointed time, and Tony accepted my car key. Amazingly, my wait for the car was less than 2 hours! Thank you, Tony! More

We needed to sell my father’s older, low-mileage Toyota after he passed away. I was apprehensive about what to expect. But I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and painless the sales transaction was whe after he passed away. I was apprehensive about what to expect. But I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and painless the sales transaction was when we talked to John Fernandes. He was very straightforward about the pros and cons of the car, and made us a reasonable offer. John was also easygoing, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Overall, a very pleasant experience. We had a check in our hands in less than an hour. I would do business again with North End Motors. I’ve recommended this dealership (and John) to my friends. P.S. When you sell your deceased family member’s car, come prepared with the necessary documents, such as the title of the car, driver’s license of the deceased, death certificate, and estate documents/license to prove that you are the personal representative, etc. More
