I've been wanting to buy a new car for my parents for a while since their old Nissan Rogue was giving them issues. I found a great deal on the official North Hollywood Toyota website, saved it, and called while since their old Nissan Rogue was giving them issues. I found a great deal on the official North Hollywood Toyota website, saved it, and called beforehand to make sure on the price. Arrived at Toyota of North Hollywood and started with buying process immediately. Sales person was friendly and was assuring me that I'm getting the advertised price throughout the whole process. I totally believed in him and walked out with a brand new car and happy parents. Later, I found out they actually charged me about $1000 more than advertised price by running a calculator on same car from their website. I reached out to get an explanation about discrepancy, but their explanation was very vague and unhelpful. Well.. a lesson is learned here, never ever trust car dealership, always run your calculator to make sure you are not getting ripped off. More

They did the 3 month service as well as solve the problem with the Toyota connect. My suggestion to Toyota that if you sell a fleet car to change ownership asap so I don't have the problem I had.
