Fred, i believe was his name, tried to sale a GPS tracking device for $1,900 which by his own recognition, only cost the dealer $200.00. it was added to "help the dealer to minimize the "loss". Service staff was helpful but was unable to find the reason that my 2023 Prius' battery has died over 20 times and I am already on my third battery. Very concerned about this problem and rethinking my reason that my 2023 Prius' battery has died over 20 times and I am already on my third battery.
