I came in Saturday for my first oil change, for the new car I am leasing, and told my Service rep that I am in a hurry because I have to go to work. And he took care of me, I only waited for a while, at th car I am leasing, and told my Service rep that I am in a hurry because I have to go to work. And he took care of me, I only waited for a while, at the waiting area sipping my hot tea! I did not even get to finish my drink, and he said that my Oil change was done! Funny thing was I forgot that I have to go to the Cashier, my rep saw me anyways and told me what to do! Over all review two thumbs up! More

Ripoff artists. They literally just pulled the old "ooh, you need a new battery" scam even though the current one was installed by me less than two years ago. Natu They literally just pulled the old "ooh, you need a new battery" scam even though the current one was installed by me less than two years ago. Naturally since it wasn't in their records they figured that item was perfect for a swindle and tried to use the "it's not holding a full charge" excuse, not knowing that I've been working on my own cars for decades and have a pretty good idea of what's failing and when. They also claimed the water pump was failing and needed a $900 repair job . . except there's no evidence of anything being wrong with that particular part. Nice try . . Then there was the time they claimed I needed a brake job, which I paid for, and then DID NOTHING - allowing the car to be driven away with no work done whatsoever. When I discovered that issue and called them out on it their reaction was "oh, whoopsie - our bad" at which point they actually did the work I'd previously paid for . . To be clear, the car in question - a Rav4 - has less than 50,000 miles on it over a period of 8 years and has had regular maintenance since the day I bought it new. Bottom line, STAY FAR AWAY . . educate yourself on ripoffs Toyota dealers have been accused of lately with online videos - this is not an isolated incident. It seems that the minute ToyotaCare ceases the customer becomes a pigeon ripe for the financial plucking. Personally speaking, I will never buy a Toyota again . . this single dealership soured me on them for life. More
