I am confident that the work is good, but waiting 3 hours and 20 minutes for my car to be ready is just TOO much. And no coffee because the coffee machine was broken. Not recommended They sold me the car they wanted not the one I wanted.. they lied about having the car I wanted ,so I drove 60 miles to go get the car, it wasn't the car they described over the phone. the one I wanted.. they lied about having the car I wanted ,so I drove 60 miles to go get the car, it wasn't the car they described over the phone. They tried to give me a super high interest rate,,when I have perfect credit. Also I was clear when I said I dont want NO EXTRAS, when doing paperwork the financing. Manager kept. Insisting, got me thinking,,SO I SAID ok,add it.(gap,extended warranty) so last minute I changed my mind I said remove it,just personal preference and he got super mad, he almost kicked me out of hes office. So I did buy the car but he gave me about a week to get my own loan, went to my credit union and got a better deal. My credit union gave me a check,I personally took it to that guy and I never wanna see them again.very BAD experience. If you don't know about cars they'll sell you whatever they want not what you want. More
