The service team at Toyota of North Hollywood are great to work with. When I have taken my car in for service they are always ready to help. I have worked with the Service Advisors, Paul Carrasco and Russe to work with. When I have taken my car in for service they are always ready to help. I have worked with the Service Advisors, Paul Carrasco and Russel Pascale and they both have a lot of knowledge and experience. They have been able to provide answers to my questions on my car and are great at following up. I recently worked with a tech named Porkie who was able to talk with me about a question regarding my vehicle. They were very helpful during my questions and also walked me through the service that was completed in order to clear up any questions. It was much appreciated. More

waited around 10 minutes to even be seen by the service people out front and had to go inside and talk to them to get somebody to come out and take my car in. then waited 3 hours for an oil change on a wee people out front and had to go inside and talk to them to get somebody to come out and take my car in. then waited 3 hours for an oil change on a weekday. not ok - needs to be more efficient. didn't hear from anybody in the service department the entire time and had to remind them about my car and ask for an update.
