This full online service is advertised by them. The Internet Sales person who spoke to me (I recall the name slightly but am a bit unsure so I wont mention it), spoke to me for a total of less than 3 minutes. He said based on your information you have to come in. I asked, based on my information what would you deem will be a monthly payment, estimate is ok. He said, you have to come in to discuss and then the call ended. In short, he dismissed me, he dismissed my business, he did not afford me the opportunity to discuss, he did not afford me to ability to explain that I have the resources to make the purchase. I was left wondering if this is the new system at Toyota of North Hollywood or should I next time just take my business elsewhere. I am not sure what the reason was, I don't want to speculate, I don't even visit what I thought the reason was for me being dismissed in less than three minutes but I hope this is an isolate incident. I hope this department does better. I really do.
