Extremely disappointing experience with the service department. I brought my vehicle in for scheduled maintenance and was met with an unacceptable level of customer service. The service representative department. I brought my vehicle in for scheduled maintenance and was met with an unacceptable level of customer service. The service representative was dismissive, defensive, and unwilling to listen to my concerns. When I requested assistance from the manager, the situation did not improve. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, I was repeatedly reminded that I could take my vehicle to another Toyota dealership if I was not satisfied. This response demonstrated a lack of respect, accountability, and commitment to customer care. Toyota customers deserve better communication, professionalism, and service from both representatives and management. More
This was a really bad experience with this Mr. Carrasco. I thought I was going to drop off my car and go back to work, instead he made me wait for 2:30 hrs I got in trouble at work for this. He seemed very distracted trying to multi-task but not really finishing any of them. My paperwork was not submitted even when the girl at the desk kept asking him for it. Everytime he passed by me he kept telling me is almost done, he had a really awful breath I couldn't believe it ugh. I hope not to deal with him ever again, I rather deal with the other guy I normally get which knows what he's doing and never had a problem with. More

I don't normally like taking my car to the dealership for service because, we all know the dealership's cost much more than other methods of repair or the like. But here at Toyota of NoHo, I've become comf service because, we all know the dealership's cost much more than other methods of repair or the like. But here at Toyota of NoHo, I've become comfortable visiting because of the staff in the service department. I know they deal with difficult customers, but the patience that the staff exhibits tellss me that they practice rule number 1 in business: the customer is always right. Well maybe not all-the-time, but you'll never feel like they played you for a dumb-xxx. Big thanks this time to Paul G. He handled me like a real G. Thanks Paul.
