I was pleased that the service writers took the cars in the order that they lined up in the morning, even though some cars went into the second lane ahead of the cars already there. I had the first appointment of the day but it still took 2 hours to complete a basic new car 5,000 mile work, which just included rotating the tires and checking the brakes and fluids among other inspection items. The rep's illness is understandable, but no one was able to give me an update in his absence. The rep I spoke to was unwilling to check with the repair shop to update and told me to wait until my regular service person returned. Car might have been ready, or not. No one could check. Ana was great but service was not opened on time for a 7 am appointment. Other dealers that I have visited are extremely prompt. Several cars were blocking the street waiting to be let in extending close t am appointment. Other dealers that I have visited are extremely prompt.
