I came in to fix my passenger door because the lock was under warranty. They said it would take an hour to do the diagnosis, so I wait.. It took them 3 hours.. They order the part, they say it will take 3 under warranty. They said it would take an hour to do the diagnosis, so I wait.. It took them 3 hours.. They order the part, they say it will take 3 hours to install the new part. So then I come in the next day to drop it so they can install it. It takes them two hours and it’s still not working. My passenger door still does not work on the outside. So then I come in the next day so they can see it’s still not working. They want me to come back the next day so they can look over it. I was at Toyota for three days, and then they wanted me to come in for a fourth so they can fix it. I’m not happy with North Hollywood Toyota service. This is sloppy work, and I still have to come back, and it’s still not resolved. WTH?. Terrible service. More
