I don't like the set up of the sales floor. The chairs are VERY uncomfortable and I don't like the fact that there are other people sitting nearby possibly listening to our transaction. Knowing I was driving all the way from San Diego to pick up the car, he made the entire process easy by guiding me remotely and ensuring everything was ready for my arrival. He was attentive and professional and went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. George, the finance manager, was also fantastic. He walked me through all the paperwork and financing options with complete transparency, making sure I understood everything.
