They added windshield wiper fluid, didn’t check it because that’s outside the scope of their coupon, could only do a ‘visual’ inspection. Failed to note there’s a leak. Customer rep came outside and from several feet away noted (visually) a hole and leak. Instead of apologizing rep (Alex) had an attitude “what do you want me to do about it?” I guess if you use a coupon (from them) you get crap service. They’re going to hope you don’t notice an error instead of just informing you, so you can decide what to do. More

Generally a good experience and things moved quickly. Mats should come standard in every vehicle for the prices we are paying. The Parts department rep was very courteous and this was an error on the Toyota website, not by an employee. More
