Due to my long hours at work, I've been emailing back and forth with a few different dealers. I got a quote from Lehman Toyota in Miami, which was the best. I drove 110 miles. I test drove a similar SUV, forth with a few different dealers. I got a quote from Lehman Toyota in Miami, which was the best. I drove 110 miles. I test drove a similar SUV, but I wanted a different color. They said they can get it for me. When we sat down to put the numbers together, the number they gave me was $1500 higher. When I told the sales person that he sent me a different quote, he called the manager and he said that it was a "mistake". Also, they offer me $10638 for my car (trade in), and when they put the numbers together, they wrote $10500. I had to tell the sales person and he didn't remember but couldn't "find" the number he wrote before. They kept me waiting long minutes while they were joking around. I've never been treated so bad in a dealer before. Beware, AVOID LEHAMN TOYOTA at all cost. Don't trust them. AT the end of the day, the manager said "I'm sorry, it was a mistake. Don't you make mistakes?" I will make sure pass the word so other customers don't fall for their cheap moves. They were playing with me and this is extremely disrespectful. Just because this experience, I'm pretty sure I will end up buying something else. I never write reviews, but this time I feel the need to warn others. I hope you don't fall for their lies. More

I don't know about everyone else, but my experience was more or less what I expected. I went, drove the car, we negotiated over the price a little and i drove away with the car. Lehman Toyota is unethical purchasing practices, including false information to buy your car below the market price. I received a letter with an offer for my car, the offer would be a super offer, including false information to buy your car below the market price. I received a letter with an offer for my car, the offer would be a super offer, but the black book estimate that they sent me is false, they offered 14,000 (according them black book currently value) plus 3,500 if my car is in excellent condition. The place is dingy and creepy. Everywhere you walk, the sales staff stalks you. The places where service was needed, parts and service, I was ignored. Eye contact was avoided and an employee pretended something was so urgent he had to go, shoved my keys in my hand and ditched me. The entire dealership is very difficult to deal with. Really, all they focus on is watching the giant TV in the showroom and getting their commissions. I'm all for making money and everyone needs to make sure they get paid, but the way they go about it makes sure no one will ever come back. They lie to your face about everything! The first lie was that my car was a 2010 model, today, almost a year later, I learned that it is actually a 2009?! They also said I get free services because in 2010 all the Toyotas now come with free scheduled maintenance. Well, 2009 models don't have that luxury. Is it my fault that I don't drive enough miles to need the free scheduled service soon? No, because I thought whenever my car needs a scheduled service, based on mileage, it will be free. I thought I was going to pay a certain price, did I pay the price I signed for originally on the dotted line? No. Before I even get to finance, I caught Tony in a lie, he couldn't back out of it so he brought his manager in. His manager had to play the bad guy, which is his job when the salesmen mess something up. So he wouldn't budge and so I had to pay the extra couple hundred dollars, even after I signed for a lower price already, not just 5 minutes sooner. Basically, all dealerships are a little shady, but this place is number 1. They also have their salesmen go online and give fake ratings for their own dealership so the average ratings come out high and make people want to go there. Look, the bad ratings are there for a reason, go find another dealership where there aren't as many bad reviews. You'll be glad you did in the long run. More

But they get the job done. Every dealer in the country will be happy to sell you their car at MSRP and sell you as many add-ons as you will take. Do your research, keep your eyes open and you will get a good deal at Lehman. More

So essentially they charged TWICE for the same service. Outright thieves. If you do chose to deal with these crooks, scrutinize every single thing they write and say as they will try to pull a fast one on you. More

Save your self huge nightmare!- Stay away from Lehman Toyota; it was the worst car purchasing experience my family has ever had. We started the purchase of our 2007 RAV4 in September 2006. We specifically purchased a 2007 in order to get all the options we wanted; and Four month later, we still do not have the car with the options we are paying for. • After Months of research • Internet contact with sales dept. at Lehman Toyota and price agreement ( to be $600 less than competitors) • Phone confirmation with 2 different staff members • Hours waiting – their playing game – with our young kids with us • Walked out ( wanted to charge us an extra $800 than the confirmed price before driving to dealership) • Contacted to honor agreement -Sept 06 But could not get us the exact car already in town because it was “sold” – we found out this not to be true • Promised to get car for us in 5 days from port • Only given in handwritten form a very vague slip of what we ordered and that was after much begging • Car “ready for pick up” ( Thursday) • That Saturday, we came to signed all papers (after about 5 hrs of run around with out 2 young kids waiting) • about to drive off and the car is not what we paid for • offered to send back to port and supply courtesy car during 5 day wait ( bring back in 3 days to send out) • did not want to honor installing options we paid for nor courtesy car • after hours—they claimed to send to port but no courtesy car • honored both due to finally seeing it was their error for the beginning • 5 weeks waiting for car instead of 5 days • • Toyo Guard installed but wrong carpet mats given (regular fabric ones instead for the all weather type requested) and passenger door scratched • Weeks later agreed to fix and provide correct mats. • After my husband’s assistance in researching products available and delivery – side moldings installed to cover door scratched while getting options installed. • Refused to give correct carpet mats (all weather) – claiming we got the side moldings when in reality, that had nothing to do with the options we paid for but the scratching of our 2007 “brand new car”… Oh, but they did not forget to add their license tag holder to advertise … and for the 2nd time I ripped it out of my car. We learned our lesson well and we hope to save others from a nightmare like ours. NEVER drive a car out of the lot unless it has ALL that you paid for because their way to doing “business practice” is based on deceit and lack of respect to say the least. For the very first contact with them, trust your instincts. If it crawls like a snake and it looks like a snake… it is a SNAKE, STAY AWAY! The only thing good about Lehman Toyota is their courtesy shuttle. So unless all you need is a shuttle, save your sanity and spend your money somewhere else… it is worth the extra expense to not deal with “rateros”.
