I accurately described my trade and we agreed on a value based on my description. We also agreed on their advertised low price for a new 2017 Ram Laramie. I then drove 2.5 hours to the dealership. All went smooth. They held to their deal. I was in and out in about one hour. Drove 2.5 hours home in my new 2017 Ram. I will be back to this dealership for another vehicle some day! More

We were 10 minutes away when they called and said it sold THE DAY BEFORE. The salesman's excuse was that he wasn't there and didn't know it sold. The problem is that he emailed us several times THE DAY BEFORE the confirm the appointment and tell us about other vehicles we might be interested in, never mentioning the one we were coming to see was sold. Even if he wasn't there, surely someone could have called. Wasted our time. and didn't really even seem to care. More

Worst salesman ever Immediately upon entering the dealership I could tell my salesperson Matt was not someone who is customer oriented. He was uneducated on the vehicle I was interested in and had a less than pleasant personality. Even the test drive was uncomfortable and awkward. Despite my hesitation with my salesperson I liked the car and was prepared to buy outright. When it came down to price negotiation Matt became severely agitated when I offered $1200 leads than what he was asking because the vehicle was not equipped with several of the features he originally told me it was. I felt my offer was very fair and he actually got annoyed as if I were wasting HIS time. Funny because I drove 2 hrs just to see this vehicle. As a woman I felt Matt had an aggressive almost bulling approach. Good thing I don't get intimidated easily. I walked right out of that dealership and will never go back. More
