Waste of Time!!!!!! I scheduled an appointment for 2/18/19. I made it clear what I was interested in buying before visiting the dealership. When I arrived after driving I scheduled an appointment for 2/18/19. I made it clear what I was interested in buying before visiting the dealership. When I arrived after driving over an hour I find out the jeep that I'm interested in was not on the lot. The salesman said that the car was at their overflow lot in Strongsville and that I would not be able to look at the car that day. I was upset by this because he knew I was coming. I was then insulted by the value they gave my trade which was almost 3,000 less than what kbb said the trade value was. I left very dissatisfied with customer service at this dealership and would not recommend them. More
