Jasmine was amazing from the start; she treated us with respect and took the time to listen to our wants and needs. He was hostile towards my daughter for not wanting additional features. When we addressed our concerns, he dismissed them, suggesting that she was overreacting or too emotional. This made us extremely uncomfortable, and if it hadn’t been for the great experience we had with Jasmine, we would have walked away.
