Although I wish I had received the CARFAX report earlier in the process instead of at the very end, I still believe the final price I received for the vehicle was fair and stayed well within my budget. What stood out the most to me, however, was JP’s character and professionalism throughout the transaction. He was patient, easy to talk to, and never made me feel pressured. Buying a car can sometimes feel stressful or overly transactional, but JP made the experience feel relaxed and personal — almost like buying a vehicle from a well-known friend or brother you trust. We (my wife) brought our car in for an oil change. As we have an extended gold warranty it covers maintenance. Since December she asked repeatedly what was going on with the warranty. She took our car in for an oil change and was charged for it. Only to find out the maintenance was covered by Subaru after a change in ownership. After several calls to Mitsubishi and Subaru requesting why we were not made aware of this. With no response from either party, we will proceed to make other consumers aware of this as well proceed with the remedies available to us. Going to the next step my rating was changed. Give it a minus. More
