North Park Lexus at Dominion

I took my RX350 in for 30,000 mile service. It took numerous calls and texts to get a status from the service advisor. He finally reached back out to me when he wanted to sell additional servic It took numerous calls and texts to get a status from the service advisor. He finally reached back out to me when he wanted to sell additional service. I later got a text from the Service Manager asking to rate my service. Since there was no service, I gave a "0". I never heard back from anyone. The service I paid $818 for included a battery test. Now 70 days later the battery is dead and will not hold a charge. I called roadside service and they could only offer to tow my vehicle tomorrow. Since I need the vehicle for an important meeting in the morning, I may have to buy a battery from someone else even though its under warranty. Wow, what a complete failure of customer service and apparently technician service all around!!!! More

Later that day John calls me and said the car was ready to be picked up so I headed to the dealership but I hit traffic and was running late , when I arrived the doors were already down and I honked my horn and John came to my rescue and opened up and got my paperwork and ran off to find my car and had me out of there in no time what great guy to hang out late on Friday night for his customer thank you again John and all the staff at North Park Dominion.
