The ease of calling the service department On August 25, 2019, I went to a local auto parts store to have my battery tested and was informed by the employee that it was probably the alternator. On August 25, 2019, I went to a local auto parts store to have my battery tested and was informed by the employee that it was probably the alternator. On August 26, 2019, I called North Park Service Department and was advised the work could be done same day. I followed up the call and spoke with my Service Advisor, Martin Flores. I can't say enough about Mr. Flores. He is such a nice person and goes out of his way to assist you. He is truly an asset to the North Park Toyota Family. And, lastly, Mr. Flores and the Toyota technicians informed me that my alternator was fine. There honestly is greatly appreciated! Thank you. More

I have a Prius and her name is Raven Drove for an hour to get there. Seeing the place from I_35 is easy. Getting to sales required imagination. But salesman Sam was waiting for me and recognized my confused state. I had cash and had done homework. We talked and bargained. I went home and thought. Then decided to give my trade_in to my grandson. Back, on phone, to bargain a bit more without trade in. We agreed on deal and I arranged to pick up Raven, my new Prius. Saturday, my grandson and I drone over. I brought check book and met Sam at his desk. We talked, he showed me all the how too’s of running a hybrid. Then we talked to finance official. No problem as I was paying cash. But a big announcement came for the first time? I could get extended warranty for 100,000 miles for an Cyrus $1800. First mention ever Of this option. No second chance. Pissed me off! Why not Sam telling me about the option? Toyota decided that deception is better. I took the option because I can afford it but many cannot. Toyota deserves a negative grade for this deceptive act! MPG after 150 miles is listed on car as 49.5. Should I doubt? Car is lovely and I will drive her to MT soon. More news after 60,000 miles More
