We built our new Toyota and used car dealership with all the comfort and convenience you expect in your own home. With several lounge areas to relax in while you wait for your new or used car to have auto service or car repair done, whether it be in one of our leather couches, rocking chairs, or surrounded by one of our fireplaces; inside or out! Our childrens play area makes our store fun for the little ones while our internet cafe is popular with all ages. We offer complimentary drinks and snacks at our La Paletera cafe during your visit and additional entrees include breakfast tacos, enchiladas, sandwiches, fruit cups, paletas, ice cream, milk shakes and more! While you enjoy your lunch you can look through our auto service windows to watch your Toyota being serviced by our Toyota Certified Technicians. Extremely disappointing experience. I regret buying my Toyota from North Park Toyota of San Antonio. From the very first day I purchased my truck, the service has been consistently p I regret buying my Toyota from North Park Toyota of San Antonio. From the very first day I purchased my truck, the service has been consistently poor. During my most recent visit, the employee who moved my truck nearly damaged the transmission. He shifted the truck into Drive without properly securing it, causing a hard impact that should never happen with someone’s vehicle. That level of carelessness is unacceptable. On top of that, I arrived around 3:30 PM for a simple oil and filter change and did not leave until approximately 6:30 PM. A basic maintenance service should never take three hours. Even worse, no one updated me on the status of my vehicle. If I hadn’t gotten up and asked about it myself, I honestly believe I would have continued waiting indefinitely. The lack of professionalism, communication, and respect for customers is unacceptable. This dealership has repeatedly provided poor service, and after this experience, I cannot recommend North Park Toyota of San Antonio to anyone. I truly regret my decision to purchase my vehicle here. I expected Toyota’s reputation to be backed by quality customer service, but unfortunately, that has not been my experience. More
