We built our new Toyota and used car dealership with all the comfort and convenience you expect in your own home. With several lounge areas to relax in while you wait for your new or used car to have auto service or car repair done, whether it be in one of our leather couches, rocking chairs, or surrounded by one of our fireplaces; inside or out! Our childrens play area makes our store fun for the little ones while our internet cafe is popular with all ages. We offer complimentary drinks and snacks at our La Paletera cafe during your visit and additional entrees include breakfast tacos, enchiladas, sandwiches, fruit cups, paletas, ice cream, milk shakes and more! While you enjoy your lunch you can look through our auto service windows to watch your Toyota being serviced by our Toyota Certified Technicians. While at the dealership the service advisor mentioned my reason for a visit that I was not there for despite this information should all be in the computer. I advised the service advisor at the time of chec reason for a visit that I was not there for despite this information should all be in the computer. I advised the service advisor at the time of check in that I was at the dealership for zaktek not my first service check which was done a week prior on 3/7 and despite advising what I was at the dealership for the inspection was still done and was not discussed with me. The service gets worse and worse per visit this is very disappointing because the service advisor went through everything with me thoroughly on 3/7/26 and actually patiently discussed the findings with me and at this point I have no confidence or trust in Toyota and if asked for a good dealership to refer it won't be Toyota and I was referred to Toyota by work colleagues. I do not wish to speak to management regarding this matter because nothing will be done it's too many previous bad experiences but I'll remember them when I'm solicited for a upgrade in the future not to upgrade again More
