I went to buy a new 2021 toyota tundra last friday.met with michael gurney a salesman. This guy was a 1st class act .treated me very professional and made the deal run smoothly,i would recommend this guy with michael gurney a salesman. But let me tell you how much better it got ,which i thought was gonna be the major pain of the entire deal.i got into the finance office with Patrick lancaster and i told him what i wanted and what i didn't wan.this gentlemen made it very easy,smooth and most of quick. Super job to both these gentlemen. My only disappointment was when i got home and started looking at my trk was the detail/ cleaning of my truck was a 5. More

I took my car to get my tires fixed because they were losing air. I went three times. Each time I had to wait for almost 5 hours, for they said they did not find anything. Very, very frustrating. I too losing air. I went three times. Each time I had to wait for almost 5 hours, for they said they did not find anything. Very, very frustrating. I took my car to another shop and they found a nail and fixed it. The incompetence is incredible. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR to this place. More

I started requesting him because every time i got there at 7:00 A.M. he was always there and took care of me even though he was not my technician. He could have ignored me but instead went out of his way to expedite my vehicle. His disposition was not only friendly but respectful. Being old school i truly appreciate this characteristic. He amazes me because even over the phone he remembers who I am! Who does that? Thank you Fred for all you do sir. More

Exceptional! The service on my pickup is always done in a timely and excellent manner. During my last visit, I needed my pickup inspected but it could not be done due to a cracked windshield. I quickly had m timely and excellent manner. During my last visit, I needed my pickup inspected but it could not be done due to a cracked windshield.
