When i brought back the car for the navi and spoiler installation, they promised me a day and itll be done.2 days came, and went on for 2 weeks, it wasnt done for I was told the spoiler got lost somewhe installation, they promised me a day and itll be done.2 days came, and went on for 2 weeks, it wasnt done for I was told the spoiler got lost somewhere..When the car was ready to be picked up, and I wasnt ready that day for I had to work the night shift, the GM Michael Belcoure talked to me on the phone telling me that I had to return the loaner that day for he needed his plate.He was going to make me inconvenient (didnt sleep yet for I was waiting for their call all day) just for him to get his plate that day. When I came to pick the car up, I had to wait again for a couple of hours.Then they gave me 1 keyfob, and when i told them I dont have the other fob for it was supposed to be 2, they were insisting I ahd given only 1.I had given my salesperson 2 keyfobs for both of them had low batteries, and he promised me that he'll changed the batteries.Now this made me look like Im the liar. And, since the navi was just installed nobody even had the decency to offer me some help on how to use the functions of the navi.I went home, got lost in the middle for i thought the navi was working.Thank goodness I had my cellphone with me, and I was able to go home. This is the worst experience I have eversince I bought a car and had dealt with many dealers.I get traumatize by this. More

I was met by a friendly sales person. I did not feel pushed. I was pretty leary of buying a new car and some of my previous visits to dealerships was less than pleasant. I was treated with respect, courtesy, and honest concern. My sales rep was Sidhu Sukhjindei, "Sid". The sales staff worked with me and i left feeling that i made a great deal with a beautiful new car off the showroom floor.
