North Plainfield Nissan was very professional from the start. We requested the test drive, and they gave us the key to test drive the vehicle without accompanying us. As an educated car buyer, it made the difference as when you have wife and young baby with you trying to figure out the comfort and drive, last thing you want is sales rep sitting with you. It allowed as to freely and independently judge the car. Back at dealership, sales rep & manager were very professional and polite and made the whole experience excellent. Only thing they should do better is to hurry up the paperwork process from the moment we agreed on deal to the moment we were all set to drive the new car home or offer some sort of concierge service to do the paperwork and delivery in comfort of one's own home. With parents with young kids, that would make a world of difference. More

I can't recommend Sean enough. With all the "vultures" at other dealships, he is a breath of fresh air in the "car dealership world." We've never had any issues with the service department; they have always been fast to bring us in and quick to get our cars back to us, whether it was the free oil changes, tire rotations, or any other issues that might have come up.
