Perfect car-buying experience! I had the pleasure of working with Bill Iannelli and Eric Martiniello to choose and locate my next dream car over the past few weeks. They both could not have been more helpful, and seem to be representative of the sales and service culture of this dealership. Bill and Eric were both very responsive, knowledgeable, absolutely no pressure, and worked hard to help me figure out the best fit for me and then find and snag the perfect configuration. Even the associate, Courtney, who first contacted me after my initial web inquiry got it just right - connected with me and helped get me set up with an initial test drive without ringing my phone off the hook (which unfortunately is the more typical experience I have had whenever I have provided my contact details on a dealer website or through TrueCar or similar while doing my initial research.) Jason, who handled the finance etc was also first rate. Very straightforward and no pressure, just set out the options so I could decide which suited my situation best. I am now the delighted owner of an eternal blue Miata GTS - just waiting for it to stop raining so I can put the roof down! Thanks Northshore Mazda - you are doing something right! More
