I came in at 12pm. Didn't leave until 2:45 for an oil change, tire rotation and a recall. It was too long. There was a lapse of communication as to who was doing what. I inquired as to what was taking so long that's when I met Trevor. He immediately went to investigate. I had a medical appointment scheduled for 3pm. The work was a complimentary job. When the paper work got to the cashier she said $ 102. I asked what was it for. She just handed me the paper work to see for myself. I was tired and ready to leave so I handed her my debit card. After that I went to find Trevor and asked him about the charge. He immediately called the cashier and told her that I needed a refund. My patience had been tested at this point. Had it not been for Trevor's apology and effort to make things right I could have left with a bad taste but I didn't. Maybe it was not the cashiers job to explain the bill to me but she showed a lack of interest in my questions. I had to go to the service center to find Trevor and get some answers about the bill. I believe that maybe someone should have reviewed the paper work before it came to the cashier. Also maybe a review of the bill with the customer before going to the cashier. More

I have been a customer with Northland Chrysler for 30 years and will not continue to patronize them due to their unwillingness to right their wrong. They had my car for 21 days, they returned it to me wi years and will not continue to patronize them due to their unwillingness to right their wrong. They had my car for 21 days, they returned it to me with a clear substance on it. Now, I am out of $450 because noone, even the owner, wants to hold accounability. I went to two different shops, including the one Northland Chrysler sent me to, and was informed the clear substance was from an "overspray". Apparently, they were doing shop work and did not cover my vehicle up. More
I went in for an oil change service. I mentioned to the Service representative that my tire needed some air. I asked does putting air in my tires come with the oil change. I picked my car up once it was done and while I was driving, I noticed my tire was still very low. I called the dealership’s service department to see if the air tire pressure was part of the oil change (again) and part of the checklist they use to make sure they do not overlook anything. I was told yes. I informed the tech that my tire is still low and that I mentioned I had low air in one of my tires when I dropped the car off as well. The service tech said yes, it should have been done. He is sorry that it was not done. That was pretty much it. I was not offered to bring my vehicle back in for the air to be put in the tire or anything. I was not completely satisfied. More
