I used to think northern Chrysler Jeep Dodge ram, was one of the best dealerships until I realize on two separate occasions, I have my car there for service. I take it to the dealership or April 25, 2023 Insurance came out and did an estimate a little over $2000 naturally, the dealer wanted to milk my insurance, so they requested a second estimate sorry, Insurance came out and did an estimate two days later so that’s the first week I had two estimates done I didn’t pick my call Tim May 27 mind you I had a rental for 20 days that the insurance paid for then I had to pay out of pocket. I also had a deductible, so I asked Dealership why not take something off my deductible or give me a loaner. since you had my car for a month and two weeks, they refuse remind you I have had five Jeeps all serviced at this dealership when I had my 2015 jeep wishes I trade it in for Jeep I have now I took it in to have the rocker arms worked on there’s no to go bad 3.6 engine wish I had a extended warranty on that. I also have on my new vehicle. faya pick it up after the rocker arms I worked on and pay a $200 deductible. I take it home I wake up the next day and see you all weekend. I called the dealership and go back to that same week. no, tell me a story or housing this week. I do a check from another dealership and YouTube and all houses sit right between rock on what they just changed so I tell them what my truck was in leaking or when I brought it in you just worked on the rocker arm so you had to take the oil housing out to do the rock arms instead of fixing it they want to charge me another $200 deductible and make another claim. To be fair, I didn’t do great work, but it’s no customer appreciation whatsoever well, thanks for all the hard before I patronize that dealership again on both occasions, I spoke to the general manager Williams and was giving me a run around thanks disappointing More
Had a 10:00 appointment for an oil change, waited 1:47 mins for my car to be finished. Car left dirty inside and out due to construction and mud outside. Belongings taken out of glove box, left on my fron mins for my car to be finished. Car left dirty inside and out due to construction and mud outside. Belongings taken out of glove box, left on my front seat. Lastly, still not sure if my oil was even changed since my oil reading wasn’t reset back to 100%. Worse experience I’ve had at a dealership. Beware of Quick Lube. Went there this morning at 8:15 am..no line up so got in right away. They offered me breakfast so I accepted that then went inside the dealership t Went there this morning at 8:15 am..no line up so got in right away. They offered me breakfast so I accepted that then went inside the dealership to wait…came back 45 min later to see if they were done…they hadn’t started yet and my truck was angle parked so they could get other vehicles by??? I asked the attendant if they were putting vehicles in front of me for some reason?? She said no, but I was skeptical based on the way the truck was parked and the fact that there was only 1 vehicle in front of me when I got into the bay. She said it would be at least another 45 min to get my “quick” lube done…needless to say I had another appointment so had to leave…thanks for the waste of time! More

Service is ok when the work is completed. I came in for brakes, oil change and tire rotation. The brakes were done. I had to ask if they did the oil change because they didn’t replace the win I came in for brakes, oil change and tire rotation. The brakes were done.
