I keep getting phone calls and text messages from this dealership and other entities associated with them. Someone is purchasing a car and Steve the finance manager called me about paperwork. I let him k dealership and other entities associated with them. Someone is purchasing a car and Steve the finance manager called me about paperwork. I let him know that I was not in the dealership trying to purchase a car. Here it 6 days later after I spoke to him I’m getting another text message about a survey for my sales experience. What a coincidence that someone with my same name is at your dealership with my phone number. I hope nothing illegal is going on. More
This dealership had my leased car for 4 weeks and I did not receive updates on progress unless I called in to specifically ask. They then were not going to fix the ongoing AC issue in my car even though I not receive updates on progress unless I called in to specifically ask. They then were not going to fix the ongoing AC issue in my car even though I called prior to dropping off my car to ensure the parts were there. After three weeks they said they could not fix the AC because it was winter and they could not diagnose even though this exact dealership already diagnosed this issue in June 2021 and the parts were back ordered. I had to speak with the parts manager who called service to tell them my AC had to be fixed. On top of this, I had a Jeep Waves costumer service rep on the case due to all the issues that also informed me they had difficulty reaching the service rep, Jason, for an update. Lastly, I got my car back and it was completely trashed. There is dirt all over the dashboard, dirt/oil on the fabric above both the drivers side and passenger side window along with the sun visors. They also ripped the leather on the gear shifter. I had clean this car (vacuumed, wiped, and sanitized) prior to a family member dropping it off because I was sick and could not take it in. I can not express enough how incredibly disappointed I am with the service at this dealership and Jeep as a whole. More
The guy who helped me was professional. I’m very dissatisfied with my service, my car is supposed to be fixed and it’s still doing what I took it in for. I haven’t had my vehicle a year and it shakes when I drive! Jeep Wranglers are too expensive to be so trashy!! I’ll never get another Chrysler vehicle ever again! This is the first and last time! My overall experience with Chrysler has been the worst I’ve ever experienced. More
