I got to appointment 30 minutes early checked in , good I was offered oil service plan , no pamphlet etc..$229 , 3 oil changes , then I mentioned I had slow leak in one tire . One hour later, cabin air filter was very dirty, need changing ok more $40, we going to look at that tire too 30 minutes there a screw in your tire gonna take car of it now,at 1:15 paid $288 finished truck coming out of carwash1:25 none around I noticed my keys on desk pick them up and left , I had to be at work 2:00 . I didn’t want to change date and time cause this appointment was booked one week in advance, I mentioned online about tire and oil change , I just didn’t say I clock in at 2:00 pm , I arrived 11:35 am I purchased a warranty when I financed i starting thinking should I just change it myself .ain’t nobody really want to hear about stuff at the desk before service, have a sell’s person come in waiting room.
