I'm very disappointed with the service I received. I made an appointment which took 3 weeks before I could drop my truck off. It took the service department 2 weeks before they even looked at my car. I was t an appointment which took 3 weeks before I could drop my truck off. It took the service department 2 weeks before they even looked at my car. I was told the dealership had no rentals and if they did FCA would only cover 1 or 2 days. The cause of my truck problem was determined to be bad Hub bearings and there is a back log until February 2022 before I can get my parts. So, I an driving my unsafe truck that I'm still paying for and is still under warranty. I work at the FCA truck plant and understand the importance of buying what you build! Why would I recommend our products when you won't properly and in good faith service vehicles under warranty. More
