Not happy at all with the service I received. I brought our agency van in for brakes. I made an appointment for 7:30 a.m. I told the service man that I would wait for the van and he informed me that there our agency van in for brakes. I made an appointment for 7:30 a.m. I told the service man that I would wait for the van and he informed me that there was a courtesy shuttle so I took it. I called several times during the day to see what was going on and nobody answered or returned my calls. Around 2:30 a male staff member called and was able to talk to someone right away. He was told that it was a drop off so they hadn’t even looked at it. What? I was going to wait… They finally called me and told me it was brakes and rotors that needed replacement. I authorized the work and asked how long it would take I was told a couple of hours. I told him that our agency closes at 5:00 so I wouldn’t have a ride back to pick up the van but just call me and I’ll pick it up in the morning. No one called me and I did not hear from anyone in the morning. I called around 10:30 and was told it was not done and wasn’t even started. Needless to say I was not happy. The service director or whoever he was said that it’s not on him it was on the mechanic. That was rude and hey what a way to throw someone else under the bus. It was finally finished and I was able to pick it up around 3:00. I doubt I’ll be back for any work. More

Didn’t have the best experience with the service department at this dealership, kept my car for 4 days in nothing was fixed at all, there communication skills are trash, then wanna play the blame ga department at this dealership, kept my car for 4 days in nothing was fixed at all, there communication skills are trash, then wanna play the blame game when u miss a call from them, returned there call in less than 10 min then the guy Sean has the nerve to tell me it’s like a punishment when the customers don’t answer the phone they go on to the next car n forget about yours into the next day, just terrible customer service, Wouldn’t recommend this service department to anyone. More
