I was told my BRAND NEW 2021 Dodge can't have its busted, glitchy radio fixed or replaced. I've had this vehicle for 2mos and the service workers refused to replace the head unit touchscreen that had never w glitchy radio fixed or replaced. Also, this BRAND NEW 2021 Dodge stalled on me, but according to your service depth, I'd have to be without my car for over a week just to look into the problem.. make sense I get this survey two weeks after my visit. At least you all are consistent with your delays. I'll never visit that service center, nor will I buy a vehicle made at JNAP ever again. More
