I leased my 2018 Dodge Durango in 18 at that time I thought the dealership was was a 10+but now I think at the bottom of the list I had a couple of bad experiences there recently so now I'm seeking ano thought the dealership was was a 10+but now I think at the bottom of the list I had a couple of bad experiences there recently so now I'm seeking another dealership which I've found,thanks for the good years but no thanks for the few bad months More

The service personnel should not be quoting the price of service and disagreeing about costs until after they have researched the customer's account to see what service plan they have.
