My appointment was convenient. The amount of wait time was great compared to visits without an appointment.. I waited 5 days for an appointment. I brought my car in on time and waited 3 days. No one even looked at the car in that time. I needed the car back, so I took it and made another appointment. I left on time and waited 3 days. No one even looked at the car in that time. I needed the car back, so I took it and made another appointment. I left the car for 3 days again. I called repeatedly and did not get calls back. Finally at the end of the 3rd day, the customer service rep took my call. He was just writing up the quote. It was very high and required 30 days to get parts. They did not try anything to get parts quicker for me. I was told I could come get my car. When I arrived it was still disassembled. I had to wait while a tech was located to put my car back together. This was very frustrating experience. I did not feel valued. My time was not respected. I would not go back to this dealership. Did not provide enough info prior to signing my paperwork. Car note too high…unhappy with overall sale. I was told I was putting nothing down, then finance manager stated $500, settled for $250 wh paperwork. Car note too high…unhappy with overall sale. I was told I was putting nothing down, then finance manager stated $500, settled for $250 which I felt went in someone’s pocket. When you already had given $1000 for my trade in. Never was communicated that I would have a $3000 roll over from previous vehicle. I share some of the blame for not demanding answers, after I asked a few times my monthly payment, and not asking about a roll over balance. Brenda was very evasive when it came to those questions. I appreciate her working diligently to get me into my vehicle, but it was so dissatisfying at the end of the sale. More
