The service manager Jim has always been polite and courteous, if you are not satisfied with the work that was performed on your vehicle, Jim will inspect and assess the problem himself and have to issue resolved. Proper Customer Service When I approached the service desk two out of three service reps were on the cellphones surfing the internet. I had to wait for one of them to look up When I approached the service desk two out of three service reps were on the cellphones surfing the internet. I had to wait for one of them to look up to acknowledge me. While I was explaining what I need to my service rep a very upset customer approached the desk. Now the customer was In the one that was wrong but the service rep took it upon himself to follow the upset customer outside. I feel that he let his anger put everybody lives at risk. Even his co workers tried to convince him to remain inside. I feel that service rep need training on how to deal with difficult customers and be able to acknowledge mental illness this situation could have ended deadly. My original plain was to purchase the four oil change package however I decided to pay for one and take my service back to the Southfield location. This was my first time at this location on an recommendation from a family member and because of the Manager Shawn Nelson. More
