Had a 10:00 appointment for an oil change, waited 1:47 mins for my car to be finished. Car left dirty inside and out due to construction and mud outside. Beware of Quick Lube. Went there this morning at 8:15 am..no line up so got in right away. They offered me breakfast so I accepted that then went inside the dealership t Went there this morning at 8:15 am..no line up so got in right away. I asked the attendant if they were putting vehicles in front of me for some reason?? She said no, but I was skeptical based on the way the truck was parked and the fact that there was only 1 vehicle in front of me when I got into the bay. She said it would be at least another 45 min to get my “quick” lube done…needless to say I had another appointment so had to leave…thanks for the waste of time! More

Service is ok when the work is completed. I came in for brakes, oil change and tire rotation. The brakes were done. I had to ask if they did the oil change because they didn’t replace the win I came in for brakes, oil change and tire rotation. The brakes were done.
