Rashon the service writer was very pleasant and helpful and pleasant. However, the actual people who worked on the car multiple times which each time I had to bring back. because it was not right. The latest problem was a front end noise after the mechanics had replaced the entire front suspension. They had my car to weeks and could not figure out what was the matter with the car. So spending thousands of dollars at your dealership and being returned a car they could not figure out what wrong is very upsetting. I wound up taking my car to an independent shop who diagnosed the problem of a lower control arm had never been tightened down when it was replace by the Dodge dealership. The right axle bearing also needed replacing. WHAT I WANT TO KNOW IS WHY CAN NOT A DODGE DEALERSHIP REPAIR THE CARS YOU SELL? I am extremely disappointed. More
