Although I don’t like the sales team because they employ people who perform UDAAP’s or unfair, deceptive or abusive acts or practices… in my case “deceptive” which lead me to make the poor decision of purch people who perform UDAAP’s or unfair, deceptive or abusive acts or practices… in my case “deceptive” which lead me to make the poor decision of purchasing the car in the first place. Especially when we as consumers “prior to becoming customers” rely on the expertise of the salesmen… I have to get a paint job and so much other work on the car .. in turn I wish I could sue but I can’t. .. as I’ve stated before the service team are good people .. unfortunately they missed out on a few things I complained about. I went to another place and they saw the issues right out. So I’m not completely sold in the teams capability. All in all the people were cool and they fixed my issue .. a small issue that took two weeks and no communication. More
