They do not listen to their customers and are honestly quite rude. I spent 15 minutes arguing over the service I received ("fixed" item did not work 100%) only to be told it was not "their" responsibilit quite rude. They appear to have no concept of modern technology when he told me my remote control did not have a battery and I showed him it did in fact have one. He also tried to tell me programming of a remote does not affect the lock/unlock buttons - how does the remote know which car to actually unlock if you do not program that into the remote? More
