We came in with an emergency issue that needed to be fixed. We live in New York City but had come in over Memorial Day to visit family. We had to drive back but we were stranded. Rashon, the manager, squeezed us in, diagnosed the problem and kept us informed through frequent texts and calls. Somehow he was able to obtain the part, install it and we were safely on our way. The other day I had the pleasure of working with some of the most professional people that I’ve ever worked with in any capacity of business. Although I was upset about some things and voicing my concerns, the most professional people that I’ve ever worked with in any capacity of business. Although I was upset about some things and voicing my concerns, they still treated me with the upmost respect. Even though they were a little backed up, the estimated time of completion was still pretty reasonable. I also forgot my phone at home rushing to make it to my appointment on time, so I couldn’t Uber or Lyft home. They then provided me with their onsite transportation service, and even the driver was pretty great. All in all recommend coming here for service. Hopefully I don’t have to come back too soon but I know if I do things will go smoothly, so for that I just want to say thank you guys!!! More
