I had a very bad experience in the service department. (My vehicle is 3 weeks old). I had the worse Service Advisor, Rashown cursed at me in front of the entire service department. My vehicle was detaine (My vehicle is 3 weeks old). I had the worse Service Advisor, Rashown cursed at me in front of the entire service department. My vehicle was detained for 1 week, when it was returned to me it was 600 miles over mileage and covered with sand and salt like it had been on a roadtrip. I questioned it, and Rashown lied and said he made a mistake on documenting the mileage. When I received the paper work, it stated 854 miles, my vehicle odometer read 1629 miles when picked up. Please do not patronize Northland Chrysler Jeep! Management has failed to contact me, Being a business owner there should be a concern about a unhappy customer. 1. My car was returned to me filthy. 2. The problem was never fixed. 3. Someone took a vacation in my vehicle. 4. Where in Detroit are there sand dunes, or sand storms. I will continue fight this. I paid for extra mileage and unfortunately my incorrect miles are recorded into the Chrysler system. More
